Vegetable Upma Recipe | How to make Rava Upma | Easy & Healthy Breakfast Recipe
The best ever breakfast recipe of Upma made frequently in every Indian household. Uppittu, Uppuma or upeet is a famous South Indian breakfast recipe. Fine the recipe below:

Ingredients;
• Rava/ Sooji (Semolina) – 1 cup
• Ghee – 3 to 4 tbsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• White Urad dal – 1 tsp
• Bengal Gram – 1 tsp
• Hing – ¼ tsp
• Cashews – 5 to 6
• Green Chili – 4 to5 finely chopped
• Curry leaves
• Onions – ¼ cup
• Green peas – ¼ cup
• Carrots – ¼ cup
• Green capsicum – ¼ cup
• Salt to taste
• Water – 3 cups
Recipe:
1. Dry roast the semolina on low flame for 4-5 minutes. Keep it aside.
2. In same pan add ghee and add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, hing, cashews, curry leaves and chilies. Roast nicely.
3. Add onions and roast till they get translucent. Then add veggies and some salt. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
4. Mix well and add 3 cups water. Add roasted semolina and stir continuously till it starts to get thicken.
5. Cover and cook for another 4-5 minutes on low flame. Mix and serve hot.
