Chicken Quesadilla Recipe Full Instructions:
1. Turn on stove top to medium heat.
2. Heat 2 tortilla’s for a minute in a half in pan on stove.
3. Spray zero calorie nonstick olive oil cooking spray on pan.
4. Cook 4 ounces of chicken in pan for 6-8 minutes each side and season with Mrs. Dash seasoning.
5. On a separate plate cut up chicken into small pieces and add to bottom tortilla.
6. Spread 28 grams of 2% Mexican shredded cheese on top of chicken.
7. Add jalapeños across top *optional*.
8. Drizzle taco bell hot sauce through middle of quesadilla *a little goes a long way*.
9. Add tortilla to top and microwave for one minute.
10. Measure 56 grams of salsa and enjoy!
