Cubed paneer – 200 gm
Corn starch – 1 tsp
Whole wheat flour – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil – 1/4 cup to shallow fry

Refined oil – 2-3 tsp
Finely chopped garlic – 1 tsp
Grated ginger – 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped onion – 1 (medium)
Finely chopped capsicum – 1 (medium)
Finely chopped cabbage – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Dark soya sauce – 2 tsp
Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp (adjust accordingly)
Corn flour slurry – 1 tsp corn starch + 2 tbsp water

White / brown bread slices
Butter
