Oats Chilla (Pancakes) is one of the easiest recipee to prepare, super healthy, full of nutrition, and amazingly tasty.
Ingredients ::
1 cup- organic oats flour
water 3-4 tbsp
2tsp Olive oil – for cooking
vegetables as per your choice.
1 green chilli chopped
1 small tomato
1 small onion
3 tbsp grated carrot
half bunch fresh coriander
pinch salt
black pepper, red chilli flakes and haldi as per your taste.
PREPARATIONS:
Put the flour in a big bowl. Add salt and all the spices to it. Mix well
Put Chopped onion, green chili, tomato, grated carrot and onion to it.
Add water and make it into a thick batter.
drizzle olive oil to grease the pan and add half of the batter to make 1 roti.
roll the batter over the pan with the help of a tsp.
Cover n cook the chella roti on low flame for 1 min each side.
Serve it with achaar and yogurt.
