Of course I made both the Apple Crisp and Homemade Pumpkin Pie recipes to be healthy Thanksgiving desserts too! ❤ The Pumpkin Pie is made with much healthier ingredients for you, and it’s also a dairy free pumpkin pie/gluten free pumpkin pie.
I will also be showing you how to make dairy free whipped cream, so I hope you’re ready for 2 recipes today. (The whipped cream would be amazing on strawberries as well).

Ingredients I Used:
Pumpkin Pie Crust Recipe:
-Simple Mills Artisan Bread Almond Flour Mix
-1/2 C Coconut Oil
-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
*Cookes at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit for 10 mins
-9.5 in Pie Dish
Pumpkin Pie Filling Recipe:
-15 oz Can Pumpkin Puree
-1 C Full Fat Coconut Milk (I like mine from Trader Joe’s since it doesn’t have any added gums in the ingredients)
-3 Pasture-Raised Eggs
-3 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
-1/3 C + 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
-1/4 Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
*Cookes at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit for 45 mins
Whipped Cream for Pumpkin Pie:
-Coconut Milk (chilled)
-1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
-1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
