Low Calorie Garlic Butter Parmesan Fries Recipe! Super easy and super tasty.
200 cals for the whole plate 😍
Recipe:
– 225g spud lite potatoes
– 1/2 tsp avocado oil
– dash of paprika, salt & pepper
To make the fries, chop your spud lite potatoes into thin fries
Soak in cold water & baking soda for min 30 mins to draw out the starch
Pat dry & add avo oil and seasoning and coat well
Airfry @ 200c for 20-25 mins flipping halfway
Garlic butter sauce:
– 10g light butter
– 1/2 tsp garlic paste
– dash of red pepper flakes
Fry ingredients till nice and bubbly & reduced, add to your cooked fries & toss well
Top with 7g Parmesan & some parsley flakes &
