Hi dears,
This Avacado salad is very healthy and it is one of the weight loss easy salad and drink .
Ingredients used for salad:
1.Avacado
2.Tomato
3.Onion
4.Carrot
5.Salad leaf
6.Vinegar
7.Salt
To prepare:
Wash the salad leaf with water and vinegar and keep it aside.,cut the onion and tomato and soak in a vinegar by adding salt.Grate carrot and add the onion and tomato which is soaked in vinegar.Cut the avacado fruit by peeling off the skin and removing the seed inside.,slice the avacado and add with that.”Avacado salad”is ready.
To prepare salad sause:
In a mixer jar add mayonnaise ,little amount tomato ketchup,garlic pieces,little vinegar add some salt then grind with water “salad sause” is ready
To prepare Avacado drink:
In a mixer jar add avacado fruit ,milk,sugar(if necessary),and water “Avacado drink”is ready
