Instant Oats Moong Dal Dosa with a mix of veggies. Its a healthy breakfast you can add in your weightloss diet plan.

Notes:
Soak the Moong Dal for 30 mins.
Keep on adding water while mixing the batter till u reach a dosa batter consistency.
While cooking Dosas the batter will become thick keep on adding water.
If needed can add a pinch of baking soda.
Place the dosas in a casserloe or keep it covered for 5 mins for extra softness.
