8 oz of pork chorizo
4 cups of water
7 Guajillo chiles
2 ancho chiles
2 chipotle pods + adobo
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp time
1 tsp Mexican oregano
1 tsp ground clove
1 tsp cinnamon
Iceberg lettuce
1/2 white onion
Avocado
Optional 1 tsp salt
* To enhance the flavor you can add 2 bay leaves

To remove seeds from ancho Chile, toast for 30 seconds on each side
