Ingredients :
1 Poha 2 cups
2 Oil 2 tbsp
3 Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
4 Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
5 Curry leaves 1 stem
6 Chopped green chilli 2 Nos
7 Pieces of boiled potato 1 small
8 Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
9 Salt to taste
10 Lemon juice 1 No
11 Coriander leaves 2-3 stems
12 Poha Masala 3 pinch
13 Mamri 2 tsp
14 Namkeen Mix 1 tsp
15 Ratlami Sev 1 tsp
16 Grated Beet Root 2 tsp
17 Roasted Peanuts 2 tsp
18 Roasted Cashew kernels
& Raisins 5-6 Nos
19 Finely chopped tomato 2 tsp
20 Chopped Onion 1 tsp
21 Coriander leaves to garnish
Process: First rinse 2 cup Poha. To begin take 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Heat it. Add 1 tsp mustard seeds & ½ tsp cumin seeds. Let it crackle. Add 1 stem curry leaves & 2 chopped green chilli. Add pieces of 1 small boiled potato. Saute. Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder, saute & add Poha.Add salt to taste and mix it. Add 1 lemon juice and mix. Add coriander leaves & mix. Poha is ready.
Now take out Poha in a serving plate. Top with 2 tsp Mamri, 1 tsp Namkeen Mix, 1 tsp Ratlami Sev, 2 tsp grated beet root, 2 tsp roasted peanuts, 5-6 roasted cashew kernels & raisins, 2 tsp finely chopped tomato, 1 tsp chopped onion & garnish with coriander leaves.
