Quinoa is an edible seed that has become increasingly popular and considered as superfood due to its high nutritional values. In this video I have made vegetable quinoa pulao which is very tasty and healthy too.
Ingredients:
Quinoa : 2 cups
oil : 3 tbsp
ghee : 1 tbsp
onion : 1 (large) chopped
ginger garlic paste : 2 tbsp
tomato : 1 (large) chopped
green chilli paste : 2 tsp
coriander powder : 12 tsp
garam masala : 12 tsp
salt : 2.5 tsp or as per taste
handful of chopped coriander and mint leaves
