Pear and Balsamic Tuna Sandwich
1 serving
1 slice seeded or sourdough nut bread
3oz Tuna
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup of Pears
1/2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Mustard Greens Leaves

All you have to do is use your nice sourdough bread it can be seeded or with nuts or plain.
Mix Dijon mustard with your tuna. slice a pear really thin.
You can mix in the pear with the tuna.
Place them onto your mustard green leaves.
