1 cafe latte premier protein shake OR 1 scoop of salted caramel MyProtein protein powder mixed in 1 cup of unsweetened almond or oat milk
5 tbsp fat free half and half
Skinny Syrup to your taste (I use around 3-4 pumps depending on flavor or iced coffee I’m using)
Dunkin Iced coffee (8-12 oz)
