PEANUT BUTTER CARAMEL BANANA SANDWICH – very much inspired by my latest thrift find: a banana stool/side table!!!

Ingredients (2 servings)
3 brioche slices
2 bananas, sliced in half crosswise, then sliced in half
lengthwise
Peanut butter
Caramel
Butter for frying
2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
1. Fry each brioche slice on each side, in butter, in a skillet on medium heat.
2. Smear peanut butter on a slice, top with bananas, top with a tablespoon of sugar and burn the sugar using a blow torch or the oven broiler.
3. Top with second slice, smear with caramel, and repeat the previous step from topping with bananas, to caramelizing the sugar on top.
4. Smear peanut butter on the third slice, place the slice, peanut butter side down, on top of the sandwich.
5. Slice and serve.
