Homemade Poha vegetable tikki is incredibly delicious and simple! This is a healthy snack/breakfast which can be prepared very quickly/instantly.
It can be made with different vegetables like carrot, capsicum, cabbage etc. It takes only a few minutes to make this healthy and tasty snack.

Recipe :
In a bowl take 1 cup Poha & rinse it.
Add 1 cup Suji (Rava).
Add 1 cup curd.
Add 1/3 cup water & mix it.
Set it aside for 5 min.
Add 1 cup chopped cabbage.
1 cup chopped carrots.
1/2 cup chopped capsicum.
Grated Ginger.
Chopped green chilies.
Chopped cilantro.
1/2 cup green peas.
1 tsp black pepper powder.
2 tsp coriander powder.
1 tsp chili flakes.
1 tsp cumin seed powder.
Salt (as per taste).
Mix it (add water if it is dry).
In a pan add 1-2 tbsp cooking oil.
take a small portion of mixture & shape it as per your choice.
Shallow fry both sides till it becomes golden brown.
Serve it with sauce/chutney.
