I make my own bento (lunch) every day so wanted to share my simple every day lunch recipe!
Basically it consists two sections of rice and vegetables + meat/fish/ protein source.
I start with filling the rice box and let it cool whilst cooking the rest of the menu.
Egg is usually my go to protein source if I don’t have left over meat or fish. I tried to make a egg roll from 1 egg today which was a struggle. If I use 2 eggs though I end up leaving half of it for dinner or breakfast for the next morning so it doesn’t always happen.
For my vegetable stir fry I usually pick vegetables that are quick to cook (obviously for a busy morning!)

Menu – rice, egg roll, vegetables stir fry
Ingredients:
– handful of snow peas
– 3 crab sticks
– handful bean sprouts
– soy sauce
– 1 egg
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– rice + furikake (flavouring)
– Egg plant and capsicum left over from day before
材料:
– さやえんどう
– カニカマ
– もやし
– お醤油
– 卵 1個
– 砂糖 小さじ1
– ご飯
