Flour+Coconut Milk! Better Than Cake! No Egg. A Healthy Vegan Bread Recipe
220g coconut milk
25g white sugar
3g active dry yeast
Mix well
200g bread flour
100g whole wheat flour
3g salt
Mix well
Knead the dough
Move the dough to a work surface
Spread the center of the dough like this
28g coconut oil
Place the coconut oil in the center of the dough
Fold the coconut oil into the dough
Knead for 5-8 minutes

Spread some oil in a bowl
Place the dough in the bowl
Cover and rise until double size
Deflate the air bubbles
Knead the dough
Divide the dough into 8 parts
Take a piece of dough
Shape the dough like this
Place the bun on a baking pan lined with parchment paper
Repeat
Cover and rise for 30-45 minutes
Brush coconut milk
Cut the tops with scissors
Coconut oil (optional)
Squeeze the coconut oil into the crack of the bun
Bake for 20 minutes at 375F/190C
After baking
Place on a rack to cool
These coconut bread buns are so delicious!
