INGREDIENTS:
1 Semiriped Mango
1 Cucumber
1 Onion
2. Tomatoes
1. Capcicum
Mint leaves
1/2 TSP. Pepper powder
2 TBS. Lemon juice
Himalayan pink salt/table salt

PROCEDURE:
1)Cut the vegetables into square cubes.
2)Chop the mint leaves
3) Peel the mango and cut into cubes.
4)Mix well everything and make a dressing of lemon juice and pepper powder.
5) Pour over the salad and add Himalayan pink salt toss and serve.
6) Add salt just before you serve.
