WHAT I EAT –
Coffee: a splash of steamed almond milk + shot of espresso
Dinner: I have been loving adding pork to my diet. It’s a great source of lean protein and is easy to make. I’ll make pork chops and load my plate up with vegetables and some rice.
Breakfast: Oatmeal made on the stove with almond milk, peanut butter granola bites, peanut butter, banana
Snack: Smoothies! Almond milk, banana, blackberry, blueberry, kale
Avocado Toast: Ezekiel bread (no added sugar in this!), avocado, and an egg fried or over easy.
