1. Dr. Oz’s Green Smoothie
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup cucumber
3/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup mint, chopped
1/4 head of celery
1 apple
1/4 of each- orange, lime, lemon, and pineapple
2 carrots, peeled
2. Kale-Banana-Apple Cider Smoothie
Half a banana
1 cup of kale, without stems
1/2 cup apple cider
1/2 cup water
A dash of cinnamon
3. Collard Greens-Berries Smoothie
2 cups coconut water
3 cups frozen berries
1 cup collard greens
1 cup wheatgrass
1 tablespoon of macca powder

4. Spinach-Grapefruit Smoothie
1 grapefruit, peeled and deseeded
1 apple, cored and peeled
