For Salad:

Capsicum 1/2
Mini Cucumber or English cucumber 1-2
Red/white Onion 1 medium sized
Cherry Tomatoes 15
Kalamata Olives 1 Cup (pitted & sliced)
Feta Cheese 1/3 cup
Boiled Pasta 2 cups (optional)

For Dressing:

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
Fresh Lemon juice 3 tablespoons
Red wine Vinegar 2 tablespoons
Lemon Zest of 1 Lemon
Garlic 1 clove crushed
Mustard paste 1 teaspoon
Black pepper Powder 1 teaspoon
Dried Oregano leaves 1 teaspoon
Dried Thyme leaves 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Salt according to taste (As the Olives and Feta cheese both are very salty so add salt accordingly.)
