Chewy & crispy scallion pancake for this gloomy weather 🤍
Here’s what you’ll need:
Scallion Pancake
•100g chopped spring onion
•1 cup gluten-free flour
•1/4 cup rice flour
•1/4 tsp salt
•Grapeseed oil. 1 tbsp for the mixture, 1 tbsp for frying
•3/4 cup So Good™ Almond Milk Unsweetened (This milk is a source of calcium, vitamin B2 and B12. It’s low in fat and saturated fat, and
is also absolutely lactose, gluten and dairy-free.)
Dipping Sauce:
•1 tsp each of tamari, coconut sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seed
