Ingredients:
Moong dal : 30 gm
Green chillies : 1
Ginger : ½ inch
Salt : ½ tsp
Coriander leaves
Calories : 146.92 | Carbs : 16.34 | Fats : 5.52 | Proteins : 7.36 ( per 1 pc)

Procedure:
1. Grind the moong dal, that is soaked minimum for 3-4 hours, along with salt, green chilli & ginger, into a thick fine paste.
2. Transfer this to the mixing bowl, add water as needed to form a Chilla batter.
3. In a heated pan, take a tsp of oil, add 1-2 dollop of batter, form a Chilla shape, sprinkle chopped coriander & chillies, let it cook on medium heat.
4. Flip and cook the Moong dal Chilla for yet another 5 mins .
5. Enjoy this simple yet tasty Moong dal Chilla hot !!
