This EASY low carb Lasagna Recipe is saucy and supremely flavorful. Healthy vegetable recipe. No meat Homemade lasagna is better than any restaurant version and it feeds a crowd for way less than going out to eat.
Recipe and ingredients:
2 eggplants.
4 liters of water + 1 tablespoon of salt.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
2 tablespoons dried basil.
5 tomatoes (small).
1 tbsp garlic salt 1 tbsp Italian herb mix.
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (200 g)
For the spinach filling:
140g spinach.
220 g cream cheese (1 packet).
2 cloves of garlic.
1 spoon of garlic salt.
100 g marinara tomato sauce
3 tablespoons crumbled parmesan cheese.
