Hi Friends ! Here is yet another recipe today that is joining the bandwagon of the healthy ones that I have shared earlier. Simple ,easy and quick to prepare your diet and weight loss plans can just get a lot tastier and colorful with this recipe of mine. It is always tough to get the right salad recipes and today am sharing a filling and highly nutritious one which is tasty too.
I know when we say “salad “its not synonymous to tasty to most of us . Its more the though of dry and have to eat and ‘oh god’ thoughts that cross minds but we take as a means of balancing of our otherwise cheat meals filled with calories. But recently a friend of mine introduced the idea of healthy dieting and eating tasty meals which are healthy to which finally brought mw to the recipe am sharing today.
I was surprised to know salad by itself is a meal and has so many varieties. Appetizer salads are light, smaller-portion salads served as the first course of the meal. Side salads are the ones that accompany the main course as a side dish like a coleslaw. Main course salads are usually containing a portion of one or more high-protein foods, such as meat, fish, eggs, legumes, or cheese and Dessert salads are sweet salads containing fruit, gelatin, sweeteners or whipped cream.
The recipe am sharing today is a maincourse salad that is filling and can be had as a full sumptuous meal. It’s a yummy and healthy meal for all those weightloss fanatics and diet lovers . Hope you all enjoy this recipe of mine as well and share your experiences as always!

Ingredients:
Grated Carrots -2 tsp
Shallots -10(finely chopped)
Green chilly – 2 (chopped)
Green Capsicum – ½ (Chopped)
Corriander leaves – Handful(chopped)
Sweet potato – 1 ( cooked & chopped)
Grated ginger -1 inch
Grated Garlic cloves -2
Soaked &Cooked chickpeas -2 cups
Lemon juice -1 (squeezed)
Tomato -1(medium chopped)
Cumin powder -1 tsp
Amchur powder -3/4 tsp
Pink Salt -as required
Chaat masala -1/4 tsp
Apple Cider Vinegar -1 tbsp
Crushed Black pepper -1/2 tsp
Instructions:
1. Take a large bowl
2. Add all the ingredients (veggies) one by one
3. Mix well
4. Now add the seasoning powders and lime juice.Mix and toss .
5. Healthy,Nutritious and tasty vegetable salad ready for your perfect weightloss/diet meal
Tips:
1. You can make a choice of the vegetables for salad as per availability
2. You can alter the seasoning as per your taste preferences
