HEY GUYS! In today ‘s video, I’m sharing with you all what I eat in a day to lose weight! These are simple and healthy meals for weight loss! This is also a birthday vlog for my sissy! She turned 21 on Friday and we celebrated by eating amazing food, going Kayaking and ending the day with some sushi!

summer salad by @everything_deish
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
3 heads romaine, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 can black beans
1 can corn kernels
2 avocados, sliced
1 red onion, diced
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup bbq sauce, divided
4 tbsp dill, chopped
4 tbsp chives, chopped
Black pepper
Directions
1. Shred rotisserie chicken with a fork and add to a bowl. Add 1/4 cup bbq sauce to the chicken and mix together. Add extra bbq sauce as needed until chicken is entirely coated.
2. Add romaine, black beans, corn, avocado, onions and chicken to a large salad bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk, ranch, bbq sauce, chives and dill. Mix together until combined.
4. Dress salad with salad dressing and toss until coated. Top with black pepper and enjoy!
