PROTIEN SALAD
Grilled Chicken Salad – is a delicious mix of vegetables, chicken. It’s cooked to perfection and has been added to my personal favorites. Do try it!
Chicken boneless (breast):2 flay
Yougurt : 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste:1 tbs
Lal mirch powder: 1 tsp
Zeera powder: 1 tsp
Black pepper:1/2 tsp
Crushed red chili:1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Dahnian powder:1 tsp
Oil:2 tbs
Cover and marinate for an hour
– Dressing preparation
Olive oil :3 tbs
Lemon juice: 2 tbs
Chopped garlic:1 tsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Mix well
– Salad
Ice burg:2 cup
Tomatoes:1/4 cup
Cucumber:1 cup
Onion:1/2 cup
Corn: 1/4 cup
Bell peppers
Avacadoo:1/3 cup
Chick peas:1/3 cup
Black olives:1/4 cup
Nuts of your choice
Green chili:1 tsp
Sabaz dahnian
Prepared Dress
Oil:2 tbs
Grilled chicken on low to med heat until it’s done
Cut into pieces and serve with salad
