———————————- RECIPE ————————————
✨Ingredients✨
60 g dry pasta (fusilli, penne, farfalle etc.)
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp thick balsamic sauce
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 small red onion
50 g bell pepper
50 g cucumber
30 g olives
1 small tomato
130 g grilled chicken breast (or cooked)
50 g soft mozzarella cheese
Fresh basil
Optional: fresh greens like a arugula, baby spinach, letuche etc.

👩‍🍳Instructions:
🔥Cook pasta per instruction.
✅Mix together olive oil, balsamic sauce, mustard, salt and pepper.
✅Slice the half of onion, mix with oil-mustard mixture.
✅Meanwhile chop veggies coarsely, add to the bowl.
✅Chop grilled chicken. You can use any cooked chicken for this.
✅Mix it up so that everything «becomes friends»
✅Serve with mozzarella cheese, fresh basil and a splash of thick balsamic sauce
🧊Store the dessert in the refrigerator up to 2 days.
