THIS WEEK’S MEALS👇
– Crock-Pot Beans & Rice
– Ham & Cheese Burgers
– Biscuits & Gravy
– Sausage & Tortellini Soup
Crock-Pot Beans & Rice👇
– smoked sausage
– 1 C. instant rice
– 2 C. chicken broth
– 1 can pinto beans
– 1 can great northern beans
– liquid smoke (a few drops)
– 1 Tbsp. each:
· butter
· sriracha
· Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tsp. each:
· parsley
· seasoned salt
· onion powder
· garlic powder
· Tony’s creole seasoning
*Combine all ingredients except rice.
*Cook on low for 4-5 hours
*Add instant rice at the end.
* Serve with rolls or cornbread.
* Top with shredded cheese, if desired.
Garlic Cheddar Biscuits👇
Spam Gravy👇
– 1 can Spam, cubed & browned
– 1/4 C. flour
– 2 C. milk
– 2 Tbsp. flour
– To taste:
· parsley
· seasoned salt
· rosemary
· onion powder
· pepper
· Worcestershire sauce
Sausage & Tortellini Soup (my variation)👇
– 1 roll ground pork sausage
– 1 bag frozen cheese tortellini
– 1 can evaporated milk
– 32 oz. chicken broth
– 2 Tbsp. flour
– To taste (I used about 1 tsp. each):
· rosemary
· garlic powder
· onion powder
· parsley
· seasoned salt
– Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired. (I think that’s the best part!)
