It is perfect weight-reducing snack and dessert recipe which helps to control the hunger and provides the required nutrient. Generally, these balls are made with store- bought protein powder with chemical ingredients, but this is organic!!
You may serve these for morning breakfast with a glass of milk, or evening snack with a choice of fruit juice.
Recipe-
1 Cup Peanuts
1 Cup White Sesame Seeds
4 Tbsp Almonds
4 Tbsp Pistachios
4 Tbsp Watermelon Seeds
4 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 Cup dry Coconut (grated)
4 Anjeera (chopped)
4 Dates (chopped)
1 Spoon Cardamom Powder
3 Cup Jaggery
1/2 Cup Water
Roast all seeds until it turns aromatic and roast coconut powder until it turns slightly golden brown
In large kadai take 3cup Jaggery and 1/2 Cup Water, stir and boil until the jaggery syrup attains 1 consistency, take a large plate add mix protein powder, jaggery syrup and cardamom powder allow to cool slightly, now prepare the laddu yours of the size of your choice. Stored in an airtight container. These laddu can easily be stored in a dry moist free container with a shelf life of more than a week.
