100 grams chickpeas soaked over night and boiled thoroughly
1 carrot cuts
1 capsicum cuts
Cabbage 100 grams finely chopped
Broccoli 50 grams
As much as Palak (spring onion can add in the place of Palak)
Paneer 50 grams
Butter for sauté 50 grams
Salt as per taste
Crushed black pepper for taste
One full lemon juice
1.5 tea spoons soya sauce
2 tea spoons balsamic vinegar
2 tea spoons honey to balance taste
