Recipe
1 Cup Cooked Quinoa
1 Large bunch of parsley chopped
1 Handful of Mint chopped
1/4 Onion minced
2 Large Garlic cloves
1/2 Cucumber Chopped
1/2 Red Bell Pepper Chopped
1/2-1 Lemon Juiced (adjust to your own taste)
Salt to Taste
1 Tbs Olive Oil
