Tilapia fillets 6 to 7 pieces
Yogurt (thick consistency) 1/2 cup
Green chili finely chopped 1
Red chili powder 2 teaspoons
Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds powder 2 teaspoons
Coriander powder 2 teaspoons
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
Some Black peppercorns freshly crushed
Salt as required
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 2 teaspoons
All-purpose flour 2 teaspoons
One lime juice
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons
Spray or drizzle some oil
Refrigerate for 1 hour or more before you bake for the best results.

Bake at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit for about 35 to 45 minutes or until nicely browned.
