Soak some green/yellow moong dal for 4-5 hours. Blend it into a paste along with a green chilli, ginger, salt and black pepper powder. Adjust the consistency to make it like a dosa batter. Turn them into dosa on a pan. Once ready, add veggies or chutney and roll them into pinwheels!
