1tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper powder
Total 6tsps coconut oil
Coriander leaves

Spinach Curry
Ingredients for 1portion for weight loss
Spinach-2
Coconut oil-3tsps
Black mustard-1/2tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2tsp
Urad dal-1/2tap
Bengal gram-1/2tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Turmeric-1tsp
Salt-As required
