Aloo paneer sandwich is quite easy and quick break fast recipe with paneer, and paneeer gives a very good taste and flavor to this recipe, You can also serve it as a snack for evening tea 🙂

Ingredients required for Aloo paneer sandwich (or Potato paneer sandwich)

3 medium size potatoes ( boiled peeled and mashed)
1 cup grated paneer ( appx 200 gms)
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp green chutney
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp cumin or jeera powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chat masala
1 tbsp coriander powder
salt to taste
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup green chutney
Italian seasoning as per taste and as required
8 – 10 bread slices
butter as needed
