INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 cups almond flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
4 ripe bananas (if they are large, use 3)
3 eggs (or: 3 flax eggs for a vegan option!)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 package freeze dried strawberries (1 oz), divided
Vanilla frosting (optional)
