Frozen yoghurt bark is simply yoghurt frozen on a tray with lots of goodness added as toppings to make them more exciting and healthy.
A handful of ingredients and a perfect summer treat is ready in a jiffy.

You can use hung curd to make these treat at home.

Let’s give a small twist and make it a little healthier dessert by adding OGMO minor millet granolas as toppings which has nuts, dried fruits and loads of other goodness in it.

Hung curd granola bricks recipe;
step 1 – Make hung curd by keeping the curd in a strainer (or tie it in a cloth) for a few hours.
Step 2 – Take required amount of curd in a bowl, add honey/sugar/jaggery and beat it well.
Step 3 – Add a few tablespoons of OGMO granola in it.
Step 4 – spread it on a tray and freeze for 8-10 hours.

Notes
– Make it a vegan recipe by using plant-based curd such as cashew curd, coconut curd etc.
– Add some more fresh fruits to make it colourful and healthy.
– Add grated chocolate over it for chocolaty treat.
– To make it soft textured bark, blend the frozen barks a couple of times and freeze again.
