Recipe

Ingredients
1- Onion ( pyaz)
2- Salt( namak)
3- Cucomber ( kheery)
4- Tomato ( tamater)
5- Lemon juice ( leemo ka russ)

Method
1- Cut onion into slices. Add salt and keep aside for 10 minutes.
2- It leaves water after few minutes. Wash properly and sequeze.
3- Cut cucombers and tomatoes into slices and mix sequezed onions.
4. Add lemon juice and serve.
