– 115g Self Raising Flour (I used Vetta Smart Protein Self Raising Flour but any self raising flour works – if you don’t have self raising flour you can make your own with plain flour, simply google how to do so & it will tell you)
– 130g Plain or Flavored Low Fat Greek Yoghurt (I used @yoproau Plain)
– 35ml Sugar Free Maple Syrup (if you use more it will cause the roll to be too moist & it will fall apart/not hold together)
– 30g Brown Sugar Stevia (or your choice of sweetener, I used Natvia Natural Brown Sweetener)
– 2 Tbsp Cinnamon (or as much as you’d like)
Feel free to substitute certain ingredients & brands to your liking! Macros will vary if you chose to do so.
