It’s not hard to be a keto for all of you vegetarians! Whether you’ve been keto for a while, or just switched on, it seems like every recipe you come across is full of meat and less on vegetables.
If you are accustomed to eating a diet that is mainly fruits and vegetables, it can definitely make you feel like you are missing it and maybe some of this fresh and crispy texture. I am also missing. My solution? Simple but oh so filling keto salad.
