• 1 large bunch of kale (washed, dry, stems removed)
• 1 tbsp Tahini
• 2 tsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 -1 tsp chili powder (+/-)
• 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
• salt per taste
Remove all the stems from kale, toss in a big bowl, Mix all the spices and pour on top of kale. Gently massage kale for few minutes with your hands till till kale is soft. Air fry at 320 F for 12-14 minutes. Make sure to keep flipping gently every 3 minutes or Bake in the oven at 320 F for 12-14 minutes. Enjoy as a healthy snack.
