Beetroot Hummus is a colourful, creamy & easy to make Middle Eastern dip made by grinding cooked chickpeas with Tahini (sesame seed Paste), Beetroot, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil.

Best to serve as a dip with pita bread, falafel and vegetable salad or as a sandwich spread.

Ingredients: (Serves : 5 to 6)
Cooked Chick peas – 1 cup
Roasted Sesame seeds – 3 tbsp
Garlic cloves – 3 to 4
Olive oil – 1/4 cup
Lemon – 1 or 2
Peeper Powder
Salt
Paprika powder / Kashmiri chilli powder (optional)

Note: Adjust the taste of lemon juice, salt and pepper powder, chilli powder according to your preference.
