Recipe :
Take 1 cup sooji in a grinding jar and grind it.
Add a pinch of turmeric powder.
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds.
Add salt as per taste.
add 1/2 tsp baking powder.
Add 1 tsp chopped curry leaves.
Add chili flakes as per taste.
Add water and knead it
Apply some oil and knead it some more.
Set it aside for 5-10 minutes.
Knead it & cut it in smaller portions.
Roll it flat with roller pin.
Cut it and take it out for deep frying.
In a pan deep fry the cut dough till it becomes golden brown.
Take it out in a bowl and sprinkle it with chaat masala.
