These healthy, easy, homemade salad dressings (balsamic vinaigrette, zesty Italian, honey dijon dressings) not only taste great, but use high quality ingredients (good for you oils – olive oil, natural sweeteners and contain no preservatives. Forget your store bought dressings that are high in inflammatory oils and sugars. These dressings take less then 5 minutes to make and are great on top of salads, used as a marinade or tossed in a pasta or potato salad. There is no guilt, are a great healthy option and help keep meal prepping a breeze!

Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 cup olive oil

Zesty Italian
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp honey
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 pepper
3/4 cup olive oil

Honey Dijon
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
