My quick and easy go-to Lean & Green recipe below ⬇️
INGREDIENTS
▫️7oz @traderjoes cooked medium shrimp (1 leanest)
▫️½ tbsp butter (1 healthy fat)
▫️¼ cup @newmansown Alfredo (1 healthy fat)
▫️2 @thelaughingcowusa Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedges (2 Condiments)
▫️¼ tsp Celtic Sea Salt (1 condiment)
▫️1 cup @eatnaturalheaven Hearts of Palm Angel Hair Pasta (2 Greens)
▫️½ cup @traderjoes broccoli, steamed (1 Green)
DIRECTIONS
1. Lightly spray skillet with cooking oil. Add 1/2 cup steamed broccoli, 1/4 cup of Newman’s Own Alfredo sauce, 2 cheese wedges, butter, and salt to skillet. Low simmer.
2. Next add 1 cup of angel hair pasta to skillet – stir to coat evenly. Leave on low simmer.
3. Rinse and drain shrimp before adding to skillet. Simmer until noodles and shrimp are heated through.
4. Add to plate. Top with a sprinkle of parsley. Enjoy!
