Quick, healthy and delicious this South Indian gets a healthier twist with oats. Oats are ground to a coarse powder and mixed into a thick batter with yogurt. This batter is pan-fried with a generous sprinkling of onion, capsicum, tomatoes, and chilies. Serve it just like that or with a chutney of your choice as a healthy morning breakfast or a nutritious snack.

Ingredients
Oats – 1 Cup
Semolina – 1 Cup
Curd – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds – 2 Teaspoon
Coriander – Chopped
Carrot(grated) – 2 tbsp
Tomato – 1 Chopped
Green chilies – 3 Numbers
Onion – 1 Cup
Oil 2 Teaspoons
Baking Soda

DIRECTIONS:
1. Take oats and make it into fine powder in a blender.
2. Take this oats powder and sooji in a bowl then add curd, water, salt, cumin seeds, chopped tomato, grated carrot, chopped coriander and mix it like a dosa batter.
3. Put this batter on hot Tawa and add oil.
4. Cover it with a lid and let it cook on a slow flame for 2 minutes.
Oats Uttapam is ready.
