Healthy potato pasta and bean salad recipe
Here I am sharing a salad recipe it’s simple tasty and very healthy recipe that you can enjoy any time.
Ingredients:
Spiral pasta 300g
Boiled potatoes 300g
Kidney beans 400g
Sweet corns according to taste
Chick peas 400g
Avocado 1 medium size
Spring onion according to taste
Onion 1 medium size
Cherry tomatoes 150g
Sweet pepper according to taste
Green chilli (optional)
Fresh lemon juice 100ml
Black pepper powder 1 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Mint sauce according to taste
Mustard sauce according to taste
Olive oil 50ml
Pickeld gherkins
