Welcome to “Jyoti’s Perfect Platter”.
In this video, we will make a high protein, healthy “Vegetable Pancake” which can be served as a breakfast, snack or as a meal as well.
To make your own Perfect Platter of Vegetable Pancakes, you will require the following ingredients :
For batter :
* 1/2 cup moong dal (yellow lentils)
* 1/2 cup semolina
* 1/2 cup curd
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
* 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
* 1/2 cup onion
* 1/4 cup boiled corn
* 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
* 1 green chilli
* 4-5 cloves of garlic
* 1/2 inch piece of ginger
* 5-6 curry leaves
* 1 ts salt
* 1/2 ts chilli powder
* 1 ts chaat masala
* 1/4 ts asafoetida
* 1/2 ts baking soda
* Water as required
For tempering (tadka)
* Oil
* Mustard seeds
* Green chilli
* Curry leaves
