Hey y’all!

So in celebration of the new protein powder launch I make my favorite low calorie, fat and hight protein banana chocolate chip recipe used with the Tri-blend Horchata protein!

Macros for each muffin: (makes 12 muffins):
122calories, 15Carbs ,2Fat,10 Protein

450g Ripe Banana
200g Egg Whites
100g Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
120g Tri-Blend Horchata Protein
12g Baking Powder
6g Ground Cinnamon
12g Zero Calorie Sweetener of your choice
60g Coconut Flour
60g Mini Unsweetened Chocolate Chips ( I use half when mixing and half to put on top before putting in oven).

Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add you banana to a bowl mash til there are no more lumps. Then add egg whites mix together.
2.) Add dry ingredients
3.) Spray pan or holders with non stick spray & add batter evenly ( I start small and add more to the ones that are less)
4.) Put in oven for 20-22 min
5.) Take muffins out and cool for desired time (I did 10 min)
